Jojo

My most recent 11x14 commission. I feel so lucky to be a part of a little bit of healing after a beloved pet has transitioned. 

Here is Jojo's story....
Last year for Christmas you painted a beautiful picture of our baby girl, Zoey. We love it. We recently lost our Lab, Jojo. She just had her 14th Birthday, and I would like to have you paint one of her and send to our son who now lives in California.

He picked her from a litter for his 9th birthday. She has been the sweetest, goofiest dog we’ve ever had. Since Zoey’s passing, she rose to the occasion of Queen of the household. Although our son went off to college, graduated in May, and now works in California, she has always been “his” dog. He was devastated about her passing, but knows she is now at peace. We’d like to surprise him with this special gift.
